汤海峰

汤海峰博士、博士后,主任药师,现任第四军医大学药物研究所所长、第四军医大学药学院天然药物学教研室主任,第四军医大学博士生导师、硕士生导师,陕西中医学院硕士生导师。兼任陕西省科协委员、中华中医药学会解放军中药专委会副主委、中华中医药学会中成药分会常委、中国生物化学与分子生物学学会海洋分会理事、陕西省药学会理事、陕西省生理科学会理事、陕西省药学会中药与天然药物专委会副主委、陕西省药学会医院药学专委会副主委等十余项学术职务,以及《中国药物警戒》等杂志编委、《Bioorg Med Chem Lett》等十余家SCI期刊审稿人,为上海市浦东新区科学技术委员会专家库专家、军队和陕西省药品、医院制剂、保健食品和保健用品审评、军队和陕西省科技评审、军队后勤科技装备评价、陕西省中医药管理局评审、陕西省医疗服务质量与安全监督管理、陕西省医院等级评审、陕西省卫计委职称评审以及中华医学会、省、市级医疗事故鉴定专家。

长期从事活性天然产物(中药和海洋药物)研究和开发,特别致力于天然抗肿瘤成分的活性追踪分离、结构鉴定、药效和作用机制研究,在国内天然药化界和海洋药物界具有一定学术影响力。先后对50余种药用植物和海洋生物进行了系统的化学和生物活性研究,分离鉴定单体1000余个,其中新化合物350余个,有200余个具有多种生物活性。研究课题尚涉及生物碱、大环内酯、甾体、神经酰胺等成分以及抗糖尿病、镇痛、心脑血管等方面的生物活性。在新药开发方面,申请国家发明专利26项(已授权18项,第一发明人授权6项),开发中药新制剂4种,目前主持在研的国家新药3项。

作为组长先后主持国家863计划课题、国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金等研究任务18项,作为副组长协助主持国家科技重大专项、国科金等11项,含参加项目共计42项。先后发表研究论文210余篇(其中第一作者和通讯作者124篇),包括SCI论文78篇(其中第一作者和通讯作者60篇),主编、副主编专著7部,副主编、参编“十二五”和“十三五”(在编)高校规划教材4部。获军队科技进步二等奖和三等奖各1项、省科技进步三等奖1项,中华医学科技奖等社会力量办奖6项。

先后获得Servier中国青年药物化学奖、中国药学会“全国优秀药师”、第四军医大学“学术新人”、陕西省药学会“优秀药学科技工作者”、第四军医大学“青年英才支持计划”第一层次资助对象、西京医院“名人工程”助推对象、第四军医大学精英人才库“青年英才”等荣誉。

多年承担教学工作,为第四军医大学药学院“精品教员”,担任第四军医大学药学院多个轨道《天然药物化学》和《药事管理学》等多门课程教学任务,作为负责人完成第四军医大学教育指令性研究课题1项。培养和联合培养博士生8名、硕士生44名。
