张邦乐

张邦乐,第四军医大学药学院副院长,药剂学教研室教授,药剂学和药理学专业博士/硕士研究生导师(学术学位),药学硕士研究生导师(专业学位),国家执业药师。分别于西北大学、第四军医大学和中国科学院上海药物研究所获有机合成学士、药理学硕士和药物化学博士学位,先后工作于第四军医大学科研药厂、化学及药理学与药剂学教研室。

作为课题负责人承担十二五国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项课题1项、国家自然科学基金课题2项、军队科技专项课题1项,分课题负责十二五和十一五国家“重大新药创制”课题2项、省科技创新统筹计划重大专项课题1项;以主要完成人参与完成国家863课题2项,国家自然科学基金4项,军队省部重点、攻关研究课题10余项。近年来发表科研论文60余篇(其中SCI收录期刊40余篇);获国家发明专利授权7项。先后主讲有机化学、药理学、药物化学、药剂学、药学研究新进展、生物药剂学与药物动力学、执业药师通识课程和临床药理学等课程,发表教学论文10余篇,主编校内教材3部。曾多次获嘉奖并荣立个人“三等功”1次,获精英人才“青年英才支持计划(第一层次)”研究基金资助并入选校精英人才库。

自工作以来一直从事药物设计及临床前药学、药理学与药物动力学研究工作,在药用载体材料及递药系统研究,新药设计、活性天然产物分离与结构修饰、中药药效物质基础研究等方面开展工作。研究方向和主要工作包括以下三个方面:

(1)纳米递送载体构建及应用研究基因递送载体系统及其生物学与药学应用研究;靶向纳米递药系统及其体内药物动力学研究;药用新型辅料及其在缓控释制剂设计和多肽类药物稳定化中的应用。

(2)药物设计及其制剂新技术研究COX-2选择性抑制剂及其前体药物抗炎、镇痛及抗肿瘤活性研究;慢性炎性疾病和抗肿瘤生物活性天然产物的基础及应用研究。

(3)军队特需药物及其新剂型研究特殊环境与提高军事作业能力军队特需药物研究;军用特需药物制剂新技术及递药系统研究。
