招明高,1968年8月生。第四军医大学药学院药理学教研室主任、教授、博士生导师。教育部长江学者特聘教授,国家杰出青年基金获得者,总后勤部“科技新星”,教育部“新世纪优秀人才”,陕西省“第七届青年科技奖”获得者。1993年毕业于第四军医大学六年制医疗系,1996年和2001年分别获第四军医大学药理学专业硕士学位和博士学位。2002-2006年分别在德国Goettingen大学和加拿大多伦多大学从事博士后研究。现为中国神经科学会理事、中国药理学会神经精神药理分会理事,中国神经科学会突触可塑性分会委员、全军药学专业委员会委员、陕西省药理学会常务理事、陕西省药学会理事。Mol Pain编委。

主要从事中枢可塑性与中枢疾病药物新靶点发现的研究。中枢神经系统突触可塑性、学习记忆和情感障碍的分子机制研究。主要学术贡献有:(1)在脆性X综合症中枢可塑性障碍病理机制研究中,发现脆性X综合症动物额叶皮层突触可塑性降低;多巴胺D1受体和雌激素易化LTP作用消失;胶质细胞分泌的神经营养因子-3(NT-3)异常增加并导致神经元突触发育障碍;雌激素信号系统异常引起可塑性障碍。从全新的角度诠释脆性X综合症发病机制,为发掘新的药物靶点奠定理论基础。论文发表在Neuron, Ann Neurol, PLoS Genet等杂志,得到国际同行的高度关注与认可,并在Nature发表专文评述我们的创新性发现。(2)在可塑性分子机制研究中,发现NMDA受体NR2B亚基参与扣带回皮层LTP的诱导与恐惧记忆形成;抑制突触外NMDA受体NR2B亚基磷酸化介导了雌激素快速神经保护作用;以调节NR2B功能的新策略为开发神经保护药物提供了新的思路。系列研究发表在Neuron,J Neurosci, Sci Signal等杂志。结合基础研究发现,将新药靶点发现与创新药物研究相结合,三项候选药物获得国家“重大新药创制”立项进入临床前研究,有望在新型抗焦虑症、老年痴呆症和慢性痛药物研究方面取得进展。十余年来,共获得国家杰出青年基金、国家自然科学基金面上项目、重大新药创制专项、重大国际合作、陕西省创新制剂工程中心等课题10余。在SCI收录杂志发表论文80篇,被国际同行引用1300余次;获得发明专利5项。
