第四军医大学药学院药理学教研室教授,博士研究生导师。1980年毕业于第四军医大学医疗系,1989年和1993年分别获第四军医大学药理学专业硕士和博士学位。1994年-2001年先后在新西兰奥塔古大学药学院、日本大阪大学医学院、美国耶鲁大学医学院留学深造。现为中国药理学会理事,中国药学会应用药理专业委员会委员,陕西省药理学会副理事长,陕西省生理学会副理事长,陕西省医学会临床药学专业委员会副主任委员。荣获中国人民解放军院校育才奖金奖、解放军总后勤部优秀教师、第四军医大学双十佳精品教员、第四军医大学优秀研究生导师等表彰。获陕西省科学技术一等奖1项,军队科技进步二等奖2项,陕西省自然科学优秀论文1等奖1项,二等奖2项。发表科研论文100余篇,其中在SCI收录科技期刊发表论文70余篇,主编、主译、副主编专著4部,参编专著6部。获发明专利授权9项。先后承担国家“重大新药创制”科技重大专项课题2项,科技重大专项分课题1项,国家自然科学基金6项,军队、省部级课题6项。

主要从事三个方向的研究:

1.耐药致病细菌治疗新策略与新药物的研究:耐药细菌的不断出现和广泛播散已成为危害全人类健康的严重灾难,耐药细菌感染也是造成重症感染死亡的首要原因。因此寻找和研制有效控制耐药细菌感染的新策略和新药物,是当今世界各国科学家紧迫的研究目标。我们采用反义策略和细菌群体感受系统阻断策略,开展新型抗菌药物的研制,以及细菌药物新靶标发现的研究。旨在为新型抗耐细菌药物的研制提供新思路,创制新药物,同时也为为耐药细菌感染治疗探索新途径。

2.胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)调控骨形成机理的研究:肠道功能的损害和肠道激素的缺失是引起骨质疏松的重要原因,在肠道激素和骨代谢之间存在“肠-骨轴”调节机制,肠道激素是“肠-骨轴”通路中的重要信号分子,在维持正常骨量和骨重建平衡中发挥重要作用。我们在研究中发现,肠道激素GLP-1能够通过促进成骨细胞骨形成功能发挥抗骨质疏松作用。但目前在成骨细胞和破骨细胞上均未发现GLP-1受体,提示GLP-1可能通过某种新机制参与调控骨重建过程。目前我们正在对GLP-1参与骨重建过程的调控作用及分子机制进行深入研究,旨在揭示新的“肠-骨轴”调控通路,同时探索GLP-1受体激动剂作为促进骨形成有效候选分子的可能性。

3.交感性组胺在心血管系统的生物学效应的研究:交感神经系统内多种递质的共存和突触前受体调控神经传递,构成了复杂的交感神经传递和调控体系。我们发现组胺是一种交感神经共存递质,并发现交感神经存在组胺能调控系统。然而对于交感组胺能系统如何调控心血管系统的功能仍有许多未解之谜。目前我们正在对交感组胺能系统参与调控交感神经可塑性的规律、分子机制,及其调控心血管系统功能进行深入研究,旨在揭示交感神经组胺能系统的调控心血管功能的生理和病理生理学意义。
