吴红

吴红,第四军医大学药学院药物分析学教研室主任,教授,博士生导师,总后勤部科技新星,军队院校育才奖“银奖”,学校首批精品课教员,2009年入选第四军医大学精英人才库第一层次,2011年获第四军医大学十一五先进科技工作者及成才标兵称号。主要从事生物材料改性、纳米药物载体及多功能靶向纳米药物的研究,曾在美国东北大学药学院制药技术与纳米医学中心作博士后研究。

第一负责人承担国家自然科学基金(5项,3项结题)、国家科技重大专项重大新药创制、军队医药卫生、陕西省科技统筹创新工程、“863”专项课题(副组长)、香港CERG(Competitive Earmarked ResearchGrant,co-investigator)等课题的研究。发表科研论文70余篇,SCI收录40余篇,申请国家发明专利9项,授权5项。参编译著、国外专著2部,主编、副主编国家级规划教材5部,获军队科技进步三等奖2项。担任陕西省纳米科技学会常务理事,陕西省化学会理事。课题组已开展的工作主要有:聚合物药物、纳米药物载体增强药物靶向性和效应的研究、多功能纳米药物载体的构建、纳米载体的跨膜转运和细胞器选择性输送等。

研究领域:(1)肿瘤靶向纳米药物;(2)功能生物材料与纳米载体的设计与合成;(3)基于纳米技术的新型快速侦检;(4)靶向药物分析方法
